Terms of Service

By accessing the website at automod.xyz, or by using the AutoMod Discord bot, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

The AutoMod name, website, and bot are protected as intellectual property under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.

In no event shall AutoMod or its operator be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if AutoMod or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

AutoMod may revise these terms of service at any time without advance notice. By continuing to use the bot or website after changes are published, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.

AutoMod offers the paid plans Premium and Pro. Each plan applies to the one server it was purchased for and is available monthly, yearly or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The features and limits included in each plan are listed on the Premium page. Pro Lifetime includes Premium's monthly AI Credits.

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can switch a running subscription between Premium and Pro at any time in your billing settings. An upgrade takes effect immediately, and the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period is charged right away. A downgrade also takes effect immediately, and the unused part of the higher plan is credited against your next invoices. Content that exceeds the new plan's limits is kept, but no new entries can be added until you are below the limit again. A Lifetime purchase can be upgraded to Pro Lifetime by paying the price difference once.

Purchases made through the website or via Patreon are covered by a 4-day refund guarantee. To request a refund within this window, please contact the developer directly. Initiating a chargeback instead of requesting a refund will result in the loss of the purchased product and revocation of access to paid services.

AI Credits are an exception: they are digital content delivered to your server immediately after payment. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, so credit purchases are non-refundable. A chargeback removes the purchased credits from the server.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
